Here are the best PC graphical settings for Spider-Man Remastered that you can try on your system:

  • Texture Quality: High or Very High (Highly VRAM Dependent, if you’re using an RTX 2060 with 6GB of VRAM, we’d recommend you stick to high at 1080p)
  • Texture Filtering: 16x Anisotropic Filtering
  • Shadow Quality: High
  • Ambient Occlusion: SSAO
  • Screen-Space Reflections: On
  • Ray Traced Reflections: On, if you’re on RTX 2070 Super and above at 1080p resolution (without DLSS), Off if you’re using a lesser card.
  • Ray Traced Shadows: On (same premise as above)
  • Reflection Resolution: High
  • Reflection Geometry Detail: High
  • Object Range: 6-8 (CPU-Dependent)
  • Level of Detail: High
  • Traffic Density: Very Low
  • Crowd Density: Very Low
  • Hair Quality: Medium
  • Weather Particle Quality: High
  • Depth of Field: Low or Off (depending on your preference)

This graphical setting does not include the use of DLSS because we prefer to disable the setting. Though, if you’re keen on getting a constant 60-80 fps with an RTX 2060, we recommend setting DLSS to Quality, which will further boost your fps without taking a heavy visual fidelity loss. If you want to have Ray-Tracing on even for the RTX 2060, you can further decrease the DLSS setting to Performance mode, which we don’t recommend. You can still adjust these settings depending on your GPU.

Settings such as Anisotropic Filtering, Hair Quality, Depth Of Field, Shadow Quality, and Level of Detail can give you diminishing returns if you lower the settings even further, resulting in a more unpolished look for the game without a noticeable boost in fps. As for Ray-Tracing settings, you can expect a significant increase in fps by lowering the Object Range setting if your system is CPU-bound. Lastly, if you’re looking to play the expansion, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, expect a slightly better performance in the expansion because of the fewer objects to render due to the Winter setting of the game.
