World of Warcraft is no stranger to adding new items into their game, alongside re-hashing some to be used in later patches. This seems to be the case when it comes to the Permanent Augment Rune.

How to get The Permanent Augment Rune in WoW Dragonflight 10.2
Recently added into the 10.2 Public Test Realm, this isn’t the first time we’ve seen some sort of permanent rune within the game. They’re usually added towards the tail-end of expansions, as we saw during Shadowlands, BFA, and so on.
These runes will increase “Agility, Intellect, and Strength by 87 for 1 hour.” Players will want to snag one of these right away, as there’s currently only one known method to obtain a Permanent Augment Rune during World of Warcraft: Dragonflight.
Players will be able to purchase it from Moon Priestess Lasara, one of the Renown Quatermasters for the new Dream Warden faction. Players will be able to complete tasks for this faction once 10.2 has been released.
The Permanent Augment Rune itself is going to cost 100,000 gold, nearly double what we’ve seen in previous expansions. It’ll be interesting to see why Blizzard has made this change this time around.
One note is that players will have to reach rank 18 in Renown with the Dream Warders in order to purchase it.
