Starfield – Where to find the Nova Galactic Star Yard
You can find the Nova Galactic Star Yard in the space around Luna, the moon of Earth in the Sol system. It’s really not visible from the star map so you’ll have to go to the moon itself. From the moon, you can navigate to the Nova Galactic Star Yard.
If you are here for The Old Neighborhood main mission, there’s more to getting here than just arriving. The Nova Galactic Star Yard is situated near Luna, Earth’s moon, within the Sol System. Using your ship’s navigation system, select Luna as your destination to reach this location. You can hail the shipyard before boarding, but there’s really no point because no one will answer you.

Once you’re within 500 meters you can board the staryard. Get ready for a fight because you’re not going to be alone. I played this mission on normal difficulty and got through the Nova Galactic Star Yard without any real trouble, so you should be fine as long as you have some med packs and loaded weapons.
It’s important to examine every surface – control panels, desks, tables, etc. – as with all outposts. You’ll find a lot of magazines, ammunition, digipicks, med packs, and even credits just lying around. The Nova Galactic Star Yard is where you’ll find the Secret Outpost! Note that will lead you to the Mantis’ lair, as well as a Dataslate with the location of Moara.
