All Sigurd locations in Dragon’s Dogma 2

In my experience, Sigurd has four locations in Dragon’s Dogma 2. Where you are in the story determines where Sigurd is. There are Dragon’s Dogma 2 endgame spoilers in this guide, so proceed with caution. Here are all four locations Sigurd can be in Dragon’s Dogma 2:

  • Melve – First time revisiting Melve after journeying to Vernworth.
  • Harve Village – After Melve and before Bakbattahl.
  • Dragonsbreath Tower – After journeying to Bakbattahl.
  • Seafloor Shrine – After entering the Unmoored World.

Sigurd Melve location

The first place you find Sigurd, the Mystic Spearhand Maister, is at Melve. The first time you return to Melve after journeying to Vernworth, you’ll fight a Drake. You may notice Sigurd fighting with you.

After the fight is over, talk to Sigurd who is standing on the east side of Melve, overlooking the cliff where the Drake fled. Talking to him unlocks Mystic Spearhand.

Sigurd Harve Village location

After seeing Sigurd in Melve, you’ll find him in the Coastal Hut in Harve Village. This seems to be his home, except he is still very nomadic since he’ll leave this area too. Until you reach Bakbattahl past Checkpoint Town, Sigurd can be found in HArve Village.

Don’t do what I did and waste a Ferrystone by journeying to Harve Village after reaching max level with Mystic Spearhand. Sigurd will be there, but he won’t give you anything just yet. He is the Maister for Mystic Spearhand and will give you the ultimate Mystic Spearhand Skill, but you need to make more progress before you get it.

Sigurd Dragonsbreath Tower

Around the time you reach Bakbattahl, Sigurd will move locations again. Now, he is found at Dragonsbreath Tower which is southwest of Bakbattahl. He awaits you there. When you arrive, he’ll help you defeat the Drake.

Once the Drake is defeated and if you’re at max level in Mystic Spearhand, Sigurd will give you Paladin’s Enigmata which is the ultimate Mystic Spearhand Skill. Read the scroll to unlock the Skill.

Sigurd Seafloor Shrine location

If you’re past Dragonsbreath Tower and weren’t max level in Mystic Spearhand, you can likely find Sigurd in Harve Village. If you’ve chosen the true ending, you can find Sigurd in Seafloor Shrine. The town is large so look around and you’ll eventually spot Sigurd. If you’ve yet to start the true ending, here are some things you should know before starting the endgame.
