Anyone playing through the Disney Dreamlight Valley Rift in Time DLC will inevitably come across this quest that asks you to find where all the Ancient Sphere pieces are.
To continue through the main quest of this DLC and explore more of Eternity Isle, you must figure this out. We’ll help you uncover where these pieces are hiding.
Disney Dreamlight Valley Rift in Time: How to find Ancient Sphere pieces
Once you make it to Eternity Isle and speak with Jafar at the Ancient Gate, he’ll ask that you find the two broken pieces of the Ancient Sphere to unlock the gate. Both pieces are buried in the ground nearby, so you don’t have to look far. Check out the map below to find where all the Ancient Sphere pieces are in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Luckily, there are only two, and they’re pretty easy to see. Look at the ground, and try to find sparkling broken glass stuck in the soil. You can’t just grab them with your bare hands, so take out your shovel and dig them out. One piece is by the well, and the other is in the corner behind Scrooge McDuck’s store.

Once you have both pieces, head to a crafting table to fix them up. You can find one right beside your house, which has magically appeared in Eternity Isle near the Ancient Gate. Find the crafting recipe for the Ancient Sphere under the ‘Functional Items’ tab, and craft it.
With the Ancient Sphere intact, bring it to the blue pedestal to the left of the Ancient Gate and place it on top. This will unlock the gate, allowing you to explore more of Ancient’s Landing. Did you know that you can find monkeys that like to eat things here? Give food to them to make a new friend!
