If you’re looking to get the Hunting Rifle in Alan Wake 2, you’ll need to know where to find the Doorknob. This all takes place in the Wellness Center during Return 5: Old Gods.

Alan Wake 2: How to get the Doorknob for the Hunting Rifle
Once you’re inside the Wellness Center, you’ll be looking for Tor, but along the way you should definitely get the Hunting Rifle. It’s behind a door to a Workshop with no handle. Where you can find the Doorknob in Alan Wake 2 is behind the front desk connected to the Staff Lounge.
You cannot access the Staff Lounge until you unlock the doors. Certain doors are locked by the computer in the Security Room. Use your map as a guide to make your way through the dark and creepy hallways of the Wellness Center.

Find your way to the Security Room through the eastern hallway, and you’ll have to unlock the Wellness Center computer. Luckily, we have a guide on that which explains how you can figure the puzzle out. But if you’re just here for quick answers, the computer password is 170823.
Unlock the doors through the computer, and you can now go back to the front entrance and enter the Staff Lounge, which connects to the front desk. You can only access it by going through the first set of doors at the entrance – but don’t leave the building. Look to your right, and there’s the Staff Lounge door.
Inside a box on the ground under the desk is the Doorknob for the Workshop. Now, just walk back to the Security Room, because on your map you’ll see that the Workshop is right beside it. Add the Doorknob to the door, and that’s it! The Hunting Rifle is now all yours.
