This, of course, also comes after former developer Criterion Games being dissolved. Some people have left EA entirely, while some have been added to the franchise’s new developer, Ghost Games.

EA has made the call to give Ghost Games more time to work on the title. Overall, it’s understandable given the transition to a new studio, and presumably, plans to adapt the game to Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
