Why should you be excited for AO Tennis 2?

The launch of this tennis game coincides with the Australian Open, the first major tennis tournament of the year. As such, the game features an “unprecedented level of depth,” along with various customization options. These will help you design your player so that they’re more your speed.

On top of that, there’s also a new “narrative driven career mode,” in which you’ll need to take on competitors. As you do, you’ll be able to build your reputation, while becoming the ultimate tennis pro. Do you have what it takes to become a tennis legend?

Along with AO Tennis 2‘s career mode, you can also challenge others in multiplayer, take on the Academy editing suite to refine your player’s looks, and try out different match-ups with the scenario editor.

The game features a roster of who’s who in the tennis world, fielding players from both the ATP and WIA circuits. These include the likes of Rafael Nadal, Ash Barty, Angelique Kerber, and several others. That is, if you don’t feel like playing with your own customized tennis superstar.

Once again, AO Tennis 2 is on sale via Steam for only $44.99, but only through January 16. After that, it will return to its full price of $49.99. So if you’re a tennis enthusiast — or you just want to create a racket with your friends — make sure to grab it quickly.
