Dota 2 International 2015 scheduled for August

It is never to soon to plan ahead – I mean, some people have their Christmas decorations up already – so it’s perhaps reasonable that Valve have scheduled Dota 2‘s next International.

The next gigantic invitational world tournament for Dota 2 (The International 5 or The International 2015, if you prefer) will, according to Valve, be taking place in Seattle between 3 August and 8 August 2015. It’ll run for six full days, feature 16 teams, aaaand okay no that’s about everything.

Ticket availability will be revealed at a later date, and team invitations will be happening on 1 May. No word on which venue it’ll be using, but it’ll most likely be KeyArena again. And with a bit of luck, the finals will be worth watching, this year!
