While exploring Cauldron Lake as Saga in Alan Wake 2, you may come across a locked Stash and want to figure out where to find the Streamside Stash key.
You can use this key to unlock the Cult Stash near Crow’s Foot Hills, which you can only unlock using this specific key. Here’s where to find it.
Streamside Stash key location in Alan Wake 2
On the map above in a campsite north of Crow’s Foot Hills, you’ll spot a Stash with a paper taped to it including a drawing of a lightbulb. But it requires a key to unlock. Where you can find the Streamside Stash key in Alan Wake 2 is south of the campsite by following the yellow arrows.
Look up to the trees around the Stash. There, with your flashlight on, you’ll spot some yellow arrows pointing in random directions. You can only see these arrows with your light, so keep it on at all times.
Follow these yellow arrows as they lead you south. One of them is right above a red container that may offer you some items, just as the Cult Stashes do. All these Stashes include helpful items like batteries, ammo, and health packs.

Eventually, the arrows will lead you to one pointing towards the Streamside Stash key. It’s located on the map marked above, lying on a rock. Most of the puzzles you solve in Alan Wake 2 won’t require you to wander too far from the immediate area around the puzzle.
Once you get this key, head back to the Cult Stash at the campsite and unlock it. There are a plethora of other Stashes across Cauldron Lake and other locations like the Watery Lighthouse Cult Stash. Keep an eye out for other puzzles like this one.
