As you progress through Palworld, you will eventually end up needing a massive amount of Quartz. It’s used for everything from production lines to modern kitchens. However, it’s a lot more scarce on the Palworld map than other minerals. Here are some spots where you can find Quartz in abundance.
Snowy Mountain
Located in more or less the center of the Palworld map, you will find a large snowy mountain. On the northern face of this mountain, you can find a huge deposit of pure Quartz that can be easily mined. The coordinates are 200, 99. Placing a base here would be a fantastic idea for a passive Quartz ore collection in Palworld.
South of the Snowy North
Just as you reach the snowy northern areas of the map, you can find some huge deposits of Quartz. Collecting this yourself will require warm clothing or some kind of heating. If you plan to build a base here, you will need a source of heat as well as the level three mining Pals to collect it.
Mining Quartz in the mountains of Palworld
To collect the most Quartz in Palworld, you will need to head deep into the mountains in the north and work your way through some pretty late-game areas. Thankfully, this location found at -254, 396Â has little to no enemies. This means you can mine in relative peace, provided you have the necessary equipment.
Before you start mining Quartz in Palworld
To begin mining Quartz in Palworld, you will need to meet the requirements. You can’t use any old Pals or equipment to harvest this precious resource. First, you will need to make sure you have Pals with a mining level of at least 3 or above. You will also need to use a Refined Metal Pickaxe. Without these, you won’t be able to mine Pure Quartz in Palworld.
