Genshin Impact Bennett Hangout Event Endings Choices Guide

Wriothesley joins the Fontaine cast as a strong 5-star Cryo DPS character. As the first Cryo catalyst, Wriothesley fills a niche unmatched by any character in the game so far. As all of his Normal Attacks are infused with Cryo, Wriothesley is able to slot himself in a number of different team compositions. Wriothesley’s Elemental Skill also empowers his Normal Attacks, so Wriothesley is going all-in with his on-field brawler playstyle. Here are some of the best team comps for Wriothesley in Genshin Impact:

  • Wriothesley / Shenhe / Xiangling / Bennett: This Reverse Melt team takes advantage of Wriothesley’s massive Cryo DMG and consistent Cryo application, with Bennett and Xiangling providing the offensive utility required for Wriothesley to proc Melt. Shenhe is a good Cryo support that boosts Wriothesley’s damage, and by bringing a second Cryo character, also gives Wriothesley a passive 15% Crit Rate buff.
  • Wriothesley / Shenhe / Xingqiu / Yelan: Wriothesley is also strong in a Freeze team, as his Normal Attacks are constantly infused with Cryo, allowing him to consistently Freeze enemies. With the help of Xingqiu and Yelan, who provide an insane amount of Hydro application and damage on their own, this will definitely be one of Wriothesley’s top teams.
  • Wriothesley / Nahida / Thoma / Bennett: This team is an expansion of his Reverse Melt team, adding in Nahida to also add some Dendro damage and the “Burning” reaction. This “Burn / Melt” team allows Wriothesley to do it all, burn the enemy and melt them down right after.
