Cyberpunk 2077 Silenced Pistols Guide

Cyberpunk 2077: Best silenced pistol

Pew pew pew.

Cyberpunk 2077 has a huge amount of weapons you can find out in Night City. But some are far better than others at doing certain things. Take pistols and revolvers for example which can be used in so many different builds. But for now, we’re looking for the best silenced pistol you can find in the game right now. And with the 2.0 update, this conversation has become a lot more fun. So here are a few contenders for the best silenced pistol in Cyberpunk 2077.

Cyberpunk 2077: The best silenced pistol

Before the 2.0 update, the best silenced handgun in the game was arguably Crash. This was the revolver given to you by River after finishing his quest line. It lets you charge your shots and does insane damage if you can land strikes to the head. Unfortunately, this gun can no longer support a suppressor, making it unviable for a stealth build now. But we still have a few options to choose from out of the range of Iconic pistols you can find. Also, be sure to put plenty of points into the new Handgun perks too.

Seraph

You unlock Seraph after completing all of Sebastian Ibarra’s Gigs in Heywood. This Iconic Pistol comes with a +150% headshot damage multiplier and a unique effect. Each shot has a chance to land a burning effect on the target. This means that if your first shot doesn’t instantly kill, it could still land a burning effect that might help you finish the job quicker.

Death and Taxes

You can find Death and Taxes during Judy Alvarez’s chain of side quests. Specifically, you can find it during the quest Ex-Factor in Maiko Maeda’s office. This is another brilliant option for a silenced pistol in Cyberpunk 2077. It’s a slower-firing pistol than the Seraph but deals more base damage in return. It comes with a +125% headshot damage multiplier as well. It’s bonus effect is a bit rough as each powerful hit drains a bit of your health. But if you’re not getting into a firefight this might not matter all that much.

Kongou

Kongou can actually be acquired fairly early on in Cyberpunk 2077. It’s located in Konpeki Plaza during the heist in Yorinobu Arasaka’s penthouse. Kongou doesn’t deal a massive amount of damage, unfortunately. But it still has a +150% headshot damage modifier and a 10% crit chance. Plus it has a high rate of fire, so if the first shot doesn’t take care of an enemy, maybe the third or fourth will. If you pair this with the Gag Order perk, you can delay an enemy’s alert if the first shot doesn’t kill them. This is easily one of the best options for a silenced pistol early on in Cyberpunk 2077.

These aren’t the only pistols you can find in Night City that would fit a stealthy playstyle. But these are among the best options to choose from. And if you’re continuing a save file where you sold most of these weapons already, don’t worry because you can buy them back in Phantom Liberty.
