Now that the Dawning 2021 is live in Destiny 2, we’re going to bake a lot of stuff. That means gathering more ingredients so we can craft cookies and treats. Here’s our Destiny 2 Dawning 2021 event guide to help you with all the Holiday Oven recipes and ingredients.

Destiny 2 Dawning 2021 event guide – All Holiday Oven recipes and ingredients
Similar to past iterations, killing specific enemies or doing specific actions upon killing them will net you ingredients. Then, these are combined with Essence of Dawning (from Vanguard strikes, Crucible matches, and other activities) to create a cookie/treat. Here are the ingredients in the Dawning 2021 event in Destiny 2:
- Ether Cane – Fallen
- Chitin Powder – Hive
- Vex Milk – Vex
- Cabal Oil – Cabal
- Taken Butter – Taken
- Dark Ether Cane – Scorn
- Impossible Heat – Solar kills
- Electric Flavor – Arc kills
- Null Taste – Void kills
- (NEW) Dark Frosting – Stasis kills
- Bullet Spray – Automatic weapon kills (i.e., auto rifles, submachine guns, and light machine guns)
- Balanced Flavors – Precision weapon kills (i.e., bows, pulse rifles, scout rifles, and sniper rifles)
- Sharp Flavor – Sword kills
- Delicious Explosion – Grenade, grenade launcher, and rocket launcher kills
- Personal Touch – Melee kills (with or without charges)
- Perfect Taste – Precision kills/headshots
- Flash of Inspiration – Creating orbs of light
- Finishing Touch – Using finishers on an opponent
- Multifaceted Flavors – Multikills/rapidly killing several opponents
- Superb Texture – Super kills
The goodies that you’ve already created in the past will appear when you open the Holiday Oven (it’s like a quick shortcut if you want to make the same stuff). Below, you’ll see the Holiday Oven recipes in the Dawning 2021 event in Destiny 2. Don’t forget that you also need 15x Essence of Dawning for each treat that you make:

- Shaxx: Vanilla Blades – Cabal Oil + Sharp Flavor
- Ikora: Traveler Donut Holes – Cabal Oil + Flash of Inspiration

Note: If you can bake all the recipes at least once, you can masterwork the Holiday Oven. This will reduce all Essence of Dawning costs.
