The last few puzzle rooms
The last few puzzle rooms in The Presage exotic quest make use of all the mechanics you’ve seen before: levers, electric switches, and Egregore Link/spores.
In the first room, activate the lever to open the door near it. You can get the Egregore Link buff here.
Next up is another puzzle room. After you activate the lever, take note of the electric switch across from you. Shooting it will disable the electric force field.
Activate two more levers and jump back down. A little nook near the electric switch has an Egregore Link spore that lets you get past the icky substance.
For the next puzzle room, do the following:
- Activate the lever.
- Destroy the turret.
- Shoot the electric switch.
- Get the Egregore Link buff.
- Jump down the crevice near the lever (not the one with the trapdoor) to reach the mini-maze.
- In the mini-maze, simply shoot the metal grates and watch out for screebs. You’ll find another Egregore Link spore here that lets you reach the next area.
There are a couple of corridors that you’ll go through, but you’ll eventually reach the final puzzle room. Towards the end, you’ll find a lever and a blocked pathway.
After pulling the lever, go back to the way you came from. Shoot the electric switch on the wall.
Take the Egregore Link buff at the entrance of this puzzle room, then go through the door that the switch opened.
You should see another Egregore Link spore here that’d let you reach the end.
Anyway, we’re almost there. You’ll notice a spot where you can drop a raid banner.
That’s because it’s time to fight the Locus of Communion boss.
