Right now, in Week 2 of Destiny 2 Season of the Deep, you can get Torturous Dance for free using Bright Dust! Torturous Dance costs 1,250 Bright Dust and it’s well worth the price. This three person emote is a directly reference to the Torture Dance in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure‘s Golden Wind arc. It’s ridiculous and fantastic all at the same time.

If you aren’t aware, Bright Dust is a free currency in Destiny 2 that allows you to buy items in the Eververse Store. Each week, new items are on offer in the Bright Dust section of the Eververse Store. There, you can spend your hard earned Bright Dust on shaders, Exotic ships and sparrows, Exotic armor and weapon skins, and even emotes like Torturous Dance. Check out my Attack of the Fanboy guide on every way to get Bright Dust.

New items replace the previous week’s items on every weekly reset in Destiny 2, so you have until Tuesday, June 6, 2023 to get Torturous Dance. But don’t worry! Torturous Dance was available in Season 20 and is available again in Season 21. While it might be a while until we see Torturous Dance return to Destiny 2, whether purchasable with Bright Dust or Silver, we can rest assured knowing that our favorite JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure emote will come back… eventually.

Since we don’t know when Torturous Dance will return in Destiny 2, take this chance to buy it while it’s available.
