Dota 2’s New Bloom Festival update out now

I’m an idiot: I thought the Dota 2 New Bloom Festival update, starring Winter Wyvern, was out tomorrow. But I’m happy to be proven wrong!

Head onto Steam and you’ll see a 280MB update for Dota 2. This is the New Bloom Festival update (or, in numerical parlance, it’s patch 6.83c – but that’s a very boring way of describing it).

The Year Beast Brawls won’t start until tomorrow, but you can now use your Crystal Maiden Arcana or mess about with Winter Wyvern, or start recycling items, or buy new things from the Store. Or even listen to Spectre speak English, if you bought the Compendium. Whatever you like!

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have a new Dota 2 hero to try out in a botmatch.
