There’s no doubt that the PlayStation 4 library is exponentially growing. With the expansion of titles, Gaijin Entertainment announced that it will add to the selection of digital titles. The MMO, War Thunder, will bring its land and sea battles to the PS4 come June 3, 2014.

What is even more impressive about this launch are the features to follow suite. The game is nestled in a free-to-play realm, but will also kick off with additional content. The Ground Forces Expansion will launch simotaneously with the PlayStation 4 launch. It will feature ground warfare that promises “blitzkrieg” type warfare.

Another announcement the company has looks to tie both PC and console players to the same battlefield. In the “near future” game will feature cross-platform play in real-time with those dropping bombs via PC.

War Thunder is slated for a June 3, 2014 launch. Stay tuned to the official site for more details.
