After experimenting with the Expert Extraction Pilot booster in Helldivers 2, I can say that it reduces the time it takes for the plane to reach you by around 15%.
This conclusion came to light after attempting a standard extraction, which is four minutes, without the booster equipped. Then I tried the same mission with the Expert Extraction Pilot booster equipped. The timer was three minutes and 24 seconds when the booster was equipped.
As for the missions with a standard extraction time of two minutes, using the Expert Extraction Pilot booster lowered it to one minute and 42 seconds. A quick use of the calculator will lead you to conclude that the booster reduces extraction time by 15%.
