How to unlock Guardian Pina in Emergency Meeting DLC

Guardian Pina has an unusual unlock requirement in Vampire Survivors. You must defeat an enemy while playing Ghost Lino to get the character. The problem is that Ghost Lino doesn’t do any damage.

Don’t worry; I was confused, too, but this is far easier than it sounds, although it may take some preparation.

Use an Arcana

The easiest method is to use Arcana VI: Sarabande of Healing. This Arcana emits a damaging pulse whenever you heal. Even though you can’t die as Ghost Lino, you start with the Lifesign Scan weapon, which periodically grants health.

Grab a Rosary

If you don’t want to use an Arcana, you can pick up a Rosary instead. Rosaries damage any enemies in the surrounding area, unlocking Guardian Pina. The issue with this method is Rosaries don’t usually just appear in the open, and you don’t have a way to break containers. Still, if you have Stage 5: Capella Magna unlocked, there are several Rosaries up for grabs immediately south of the spawn area. Keep moving down the screen, and you’ll reach the Rosaries eventually, as they show up every time.

How to unlock Arcanas

Arcana Cards offer valuable bonuses in Vampire Survivors. You can unlock the Arcana feature on the Gallo Tower by heading to the far north of the map. Most Arcana Cards are unlocked by reaching Level 50 with specific characters, but Arcana VI: Sarabande of Healing is available from the get-go.
