How to earn the Bioluminescent camo in Modern Warfare 3 (MW3)

To get bragging rights in Modern Warfare 3, it’s no longer about what level you are or how many times you’ve prestiged. Since Modern Warfare 2, the shooter has been leaning into the skins for the weapons.

They can help you stand out, but you’re going to have to play for a while to get all of them. The Bioluminescent Camo in Modern Warfare 3 (MW3) is one of the harder skins to earn, and we’ll show you how to unlock it. 

Modern Warfare 3 (MW3): How to earn the Bioluminescent Camo

Before we start, I have to warn you this skin will require tons of work to get. The reason is that it’s a Mastery Camo. This means you have to do 100 percent of all the challenges on the gun you’re using. However, these challenges aren’t just centered around killing — you must get the prerequisites filled first. To help you figure out the challenges, I’ll detail them down below. Plus, it’s a good idea to track your progression for the skins, that way you won’t get lost.

Steps to earn the Bioluminescent Camo

• The first step is to complete the Zombies Base Camo Challenge for 51 weapons. These will constantly change, but you’ll need to get specific kills such as headshots and double or triple kills. 
• With the same weapon you’re using for the first step and after you unlock the base camo, complete 51 Golden Ivory Camo Challenges.
• Upon completing that challenge, you’ll unlock the Spinel Husk Completionist Camo Challenge. 
• The Spinel Husk Challenge will ask you to get 300 zombie kills in the Zombies mode. On top of that, you’ll need to Pack-A-Punch with the same weapon in the second step.
• Once you’ve gotten all 300, your next task will be to equip the Spinel Husk skin and kill a special or elite enemy on Zombies. After you’ve done this step, the Arachnida Camo will unlock.
• Like the Spinel Husk Challenge, equip the Arachnida Camo and do all 51 of its challenges.

When you’ve completed those steps above and managed to stick it through, the Bioluminescent Camo will unlock. This camo is one of the hardest challenges in MW3, but when you earn it, you may be worthy — or not.
