Unicorn Overlord: How to fix broken bridges

Early on in the story, you’ll find a broken bridge, and won’t know just yet who can help you fix it. You can fix broken bridges by recruiting Mordon in Unicorn Overlord. I found the broken bridge before recruiting Mordon, so Alain wasn’t sure just yet how he could get it patched up.

How to Recruit Mordon

I then went further south to begin The Battle for Barbatimo, and after succeeding in taking over this large city, I was given the decision to either spare or execute Mordon. Although executing him can lead to more rewards, I highly recommend you spare Mordon instead, given the fact that it allows you to recruit him, and he can repair bridges for you.

Once you bring Mordon onto your side, check out that bridge again to see Mordon repair it. Unfortunately, he’ll need plenty of materials, 30 Corsite Stone to be exact. You can find Corsite through random foraging sites around the world. Check out any glowing spots on the ground, and you’ll pick up random materials.

You can also find Corsite by mining in the Cornia Quarry. You’ll be able to unlock this spot as you progress further on your map, you can find this spot southeast of the Walled City of Barbatimo. Just for 200 Gold, you’ll be able to mine for things like Iron Ore, Treasure Maps, and Corsite Stone. This is probably the easiest way to get your hands on Corsite.

After collecting 30 Corsite, head back to that broken bridge and have Mordon fix it up for you. Now you can travel to new areas that were previously inaccessible! As you can see, the decisions you make toward people’s lives are very important in Unicorn Overlord, such as when you have to either spare or execute Mandrin.
