This also means that if it’s stormy or there’s a blizzard happening, the Arapaima will appear. It’ll show up at any time of day as well. Just make sure that you’re fishing in the River at the Forest during those two seasons, and you’ll eventually find the Arapaima fish.

But what is so special about the Arapaima? Well, not only does it sell for quite a bit of money, but you’ll need to catch one for one of the Lake Temple Offerings. If you want to complete the Lake Temple quest, you should keep an eye out for this rare fish.

But the Arapaima is deemed to be rare and very difficult to catch, which makes your chances of catching it even harder. When attempting to reel in an Arapaima, don’t tug when it’s trashing around, maybe only click a few times to stop your progress from falling too far behind.

As soon as it calms down, hold left-click on your mouse to reel it in as much as you can before it gets angry again. Fishing in Coral Island is all about having the patience to sit there and wait. You can’t get too eager, or else the Fishing Pole’s line will be at risk of breaking.
