Timed Achievements/Trophies are some of the most demanding a Call of Duty campaign can throw at you. Back in the Field is one of those, and although it seems difficult at first, it’s actually easy! Let me show you how to get the Back in the Field Achievement in MW3.

What is the Back in the Field Achievement in MW3?
To earn Back in the Field, you must ‘Acquire the Major’s keycard in ‘Deep Cover’ within 90 seconds without being detected. The time limit makes this difficult as it forces you to take risks, but you’ll get this done within a few tries.

There’s a lot to pack into these 90 seconds, but here’s what to do every step of the way.
The moment you spawn in, skip the cutscene and holster your weapon before sprinting to the right side of the road in front of the armored car.
We want to be on the right of the road so we can use the car to break the line of sight between us and this group of soldiers. Sprinting will quickly draw attention, so apart from the short burst at the start, you won’t need to use it again for the rest of the mission.
When the vehicle overtakes you, move to the left side of the road to avoid the guards. Walk up the middle of the road and through the building in the image above.
Continue following the truck until you reach an open gate on your right. Head through there, but ensure you go behind the guard I’ve circled to avoid unwanted attention.
Once inside, take an immediate left into this building (pictured) and wait for the Major to show up at the other door.
Now for the tricky part. Wait for the Major to walk upstairs and closely follow him. The moment he reaches the top step, perform a takedown on him. If you’re too early, the guards outside will be alerted, and if you let him go inside the room, the soldier inside will spot you.
Grab the keycard off the floor, and you’ll earn the Back in the Field Achievement with almost 10 seconds to spare.
