Gold and Sharke is arguably the coolest Heist in Payday 3. There’s something special about robbing a massive, high-tech city bank, and it’s a huge step up from No Rest For The Wicked. There are a lot of moving parts in this heist, and if the cops show up, they’ll be coming in full force. You can get a lot done in the bank with the right clearance, and the Keycards will help you with that. Here’s how to get the Blue Keycard in Payday 3.

How to get Gold and Sharke Blue keycard in Payday 3
Once you have access to the 2nd floor, you’ll need the Blue Keycard if you want to continue your heist in stealth. I’ve read a lot of conflicting information about this item, so let me start with the most known location:
The Bank Manager

Most times I’ve done this heist, the Bank Manager has the Blue Keycard on his belt. The Bank Manager seems to have a massive patrol area, as he can roam the entire floor. Your target typically wears a dark suit and likes to stand next to security cameras, so be careful when approaching. If you prefer to stay safe, you can wait on the stairs by the Vault. The Bank Manager will usually walk past, and if you quickly grab the Keycard, there are no cameras to worry about.
When you grab the Keycard, ensure the prompt doesn’t say ‘observed’ underneath. If it does, this means you’re being watched. If you get caught, you won’t be escorted out; you’ll be arrested, and that’s a tough scenario to escape.
Can the Keycard be anywhere else?
In my experience, the Bank Manager usually has the Blue Keycard. If he doesn’t, you’ll have to do some searching. I’ve read reports that the Keycard can appear in the conference room. The card can also spawn in the unlocked rooms around the edges of the floor.

I’ve even found the Blue Keycard on the desk in the office at the back on the right side, as you can see in the picture above. The cameras are your biggest concern on this floor. If you’re struggling, I recommend the Hacker Skill and Secure Loop. This combination allows you to knock out cameras, and if you ‘Ace’ Hacker, you can do it twice.
The Blue Keycard can be irritating, thanks to its random locations, but once you’ve got it, you’re one step closer to that sweet Vault loot.
