Out of the three materials required, Marble is the easiest to get first. You just need to explore any cave in the Grasslands biome and mine the white rocks inside. To break them you’ll need to make an Uncommon Pickaxe (also done with an Uncommon level Crafting Bench). You need 10 Marble for this Charm.

Then you can make three Silk Thread by turning Silk from Spiders into Silk Thread with a Spinning Wheel. Finally, you can get three Sand Shells by defeating Sand Rollers in the Dry Valley or Shore biome. Just be careful, as they’re stronger than normal Rollers and tougher to beat.

With 10 Marble, three Silk Thread and three Sand Shells, you can finally create an Uncommon Cool-Headed Charm. As a note, once you upgrade your Crafting Bench to its next level, you can create a Rare Cool-Headed Charm.
