LEGO Fortnite: How to get Totem of the Immortal Charm

LEGO Fortnite brings along several mechanics that make it feel more like a Minecraft-type of game, with crafting being one of the core mechanics of this Epic Games and LEGO hybrid game. That means that to craft the Totem of the Immortal, you will need to craft it at a Crafting Bench. Sounds easy, right? Well, while the process is just a couple of clicks away, getting everything you need and building an appropriate Crafting Bench will be what takes the most. Let’s begin with the Crafting Bench since we need a Rare Crafting Bench to begin our crafting. It is the third-tier Crafting Bench, and you need to upgrade the base one to an Uncommon Bench beforehand. You will need the following materials:

Rare Crafting Bench Materials

5x Granite: Use your hands or a pickaxe to collect Granite, which is found on the ground or in large rocks.
Uncommon Crafting Bench (Tier 2)8x Plank: Collect Wood from the ground or chop down trees and place it in a Lumber Mill.
3x Shell: Find and kill Rollers (the base ones are in the Grasslands).
Rare Crafting Bench (Tier 3)12x Knotroot Rod: Use a Common Forest Axe to get Knotroot Wood in the caves and then place it in a Lumber Mill.
15x Marble Slab: Use an Uncommon Cickaxe or even Dynamite to mine Marble at caves and then place it in a Stone Breaker.
6x Sand Claw: Find and kill Desert Wolves (located at the Dry Valley)
3x Sand Shell: Find and kill Desert Rollers (located at the Dry Valley)

Totem of the Immortal Charm Materials

Now that you have a Rare Crafting Bench, it is time to craft the Totem of the Immortal Charm. Finally! Here is the list of materials you will need to collect to craft the charm in your brand-new Crafting Bench:

  • 3x Wool Thread: Pet sheep to collect Wool and then deposit it in a Spinning Wheel.
  • 5x Cut Amber: Use an Uncommon Pickaxe to mine Rough Amber in the Dry Valley and then use the Gem Cutter.
  • 5x Obsidian Slabs: Use a Rare Pickaxe to mine Obsidian in caves. Look for Obsidian veins near to lava. Use the Stone Breaker to create slabs.
  • 1x Sand Brute Scale: Perhaps the most difficult of the bunch, you will need to defeat a Sand Brute (Dry Valley) to get its scale.

The Totem of the Immortal is perhaps one of the most useful charms in the game. This charm will revive you automatically after you have been defeated. The only downside is that it is a one-time-only charm, so you will have to re-craft it to remain protected in case an accident occurs.
