How to heal Pals with sprains in Palworld

You may need a PHD for this guide.

Your Pals shouldn’t be kept alone for too long. They can get sad, sick — or worse. The one thing I’ve come across is my Pals injuring themselves by overworking, with sprains being one of the more common injuries. If this happens to you a lot, we’ll show you how to heal Pals with those annoying sprains in Palworld.

This type of damage can be an issue if you don’t tend to it as soon as you see it. It is just another thing to look out for on top of keeping yourself alive. Some illnesses can fixed by simply feeding your Pals, while others need more leg work. Thankfully, healing a sprained Pal is easy.

What you need to craft

To start, you need to create Low-Grade Medical Supplies. First, go out and find five Red Barries and two Hornes. The Red Barries are easy to spot as they’re all over the world and usually in bunches. However, you’re going to have a tricky time locating the Hornes. To make the search easy you can hunt either Capritys or Eikthydeers. The Eikthydeers are probably the easiest to find as they’re large and purple and appear in the starting areas. You can get access to more Pals that drop horns, but these two seem to be more common.

Putting it all together

Having the two ingredients ready is only half of the battle. Now you have to craft the medicine. Make sure you have a Medieval Medicine Workbench. It becomes unlockable around level 12, which you can level up to easily. Now that you have ingredients and the Medieval Workbench, you just need to craft the Low-Grade Medical Supplies.

It should also be noted that if you don’t have any of the resources needed, nor the workbench, you can easily buy the medicine. Locate any Wandering Merchants in Small Settlements located throughout the world. It’s a faster way but will cost you Gold to buy the item.

Loving Palworld, but feel like there should be more added to the game? Here are some things that we wish would be included over time.

Palworld is in early access now via Steam, Game Pass, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
