Although the game will remind you about the required button upon purchasing an item, I’m a forgetful person and can easily forget instructions. If you’re in the same boat, let me explain everything about furniture and decorations.

Lethal Company: How to buy and move furniture

Not only can you purchase useful items like flashlights or the Teleporter, but you can also make the ship feel homey with some furniture! There isn’t a ton available at the moment, but there’s enough to splurge on if you have the extra cash. Once you’ve purchased a furniture item, you move it by pressing the ‘B’ button.

You can first buy furniture at the Computer Terminal by typing ‘store’. Scroll down and look at the last group of items listed. Currently, I see a Table, a Romantic table, and even a Television. This selection changes per quota, so you should check back another time for different items. I then type ‘table’ and then ‘confirm’ to buy it.

Unlike other items, this immediately appears in the ship. But it’s in the way of everything, and I’d like to move it somewhere else. Just look at the furniture item and press the ‘B’ key to edit it. You can then rotate it by pressing ‘R’, or store it with ‘X’ for later use. If you found a nice spot for it, press ‘B’ again to confirm the spot.

That’s really how easy it is to move furniture in Lethal Company! Hopefully, you’ll feel a little less scared coming back from a dangerous trip since you can make this base feel a lot more like home.
