You can poison the Goblin Camp in Baldur’s Gate 3 by dumping poison in the Booze Tub, taking a page out of the Agent 47 playbook. At the front of the Goblin Camp, dozens of goblins are enjoying some ale and partying to celebrate the Absolute. It contains three main goblin leaders to take down, as well as dozens of goblin minions.

When you’re in the central outside area of the Goblin Camp, you should notice a small basin off to the side. This is the Booze Tub, and you can interact with it. It’ll ask that you place something inside to combine with the booze. Try to be discreet using your best stealth methods here.

I went invisible with a Potion of Invisibility, then had one of my party members poison it. Just use some Basic Poison, which you can find on many bodies. It’s even craft-able in your Alchemy menu. Then, place the Basic Poison in the open slot, and combine it.

How soon will the poisoned Booze Tub take effect?

It should work right away, but I at first had an issue where it wouldn’t go through, and said it was interrupted. I believe it was because my character wasn’t standing in the right area, or there were other party members in the way. Just move everyone else away, and you should be able to make it work.

A cutscene will start, and the Goblins will ask you to make a toast. They’ll also ask you to drink up, but you can make a Sleight of Hand check to pretend to drink the booze. After a few seconds, the goblins who drank the ale will collapse. The others left alive will accuse you of doing it, but I passed an easy Deception check to push them off my trail. This is far less messy than fighting your way through.
