Slightly Mad Studios describes it as an exploration of: “Japan’s rich motoring legacy with iconic rides from the past, present, and future. JDM machinery from Nissan—the infamous Group A R32 Skyline GT-R, and the sublime, 280ZX GTX race car—meet current-day hot-hatch power with the Euro-spec’ Honda Civic Type R, and the future in the sublime form of Honda’s extreme 2&4 Concept Car, a 13,000rpm screamer. ”

A trailer has also been released to show off the contents of the pack:

The Japanese Car Pack was originally released as a pre-order bonus for the game, but it’s now available as a standalone purchase for $5 (USD). You can grab it now on Steam and Xbox One; it’s also coming to the PS4 version on December 1st.
