On August 16, you and someone of your choosing can visit Naganaki Shrine and partake in the festivities. But what do you do at the lottery ticket game?

Who should you bring to the Summer Festival in Persona 3 Reload?

The morning of 8/16 you’ll receive texts from various characters inviting you to the Summer Festival. While everyone will have the option to go with Mitsuru and Aigis, the rest of these girls will only be options if you’ve unlocked at least one Rank of their Social Link:

  • Yuko
  • Fuuka
  • Yukari
  • Chihiro

You should just choose whoever you’d like to hang out with more, but depending on your dialogue choice during the Summer Festival, you can earn extra Social Link points. You’ll gain points towards their specific Social Link, so if you want to boost one, you should choose to go with that person. Here are the correct answers to say for each character:

CharacterAnswer
YukoI’m sure you would.
FuukaYou look great.
YukariYou have a nicer figure.
ChihiroI like them.
Mitsuru + AigisNone

Should you pick the top or bottom lottery ticket?

By the end of the Summer Festival, you can play a simple lottery game. You only get two choices, either you pick from the top of the box or dig down to the bottom. So which is the best choice?

It’s really up to which prize you’d prefer, because picking the top will get you a Kaleidoscope, and the bottom earns you a Jack Frost Doll. While the Jack Frost Doll is a prize you can get from the Crane Game in Paulownia Mall, Kaleidoscopes are available from trading items at Mayoido Antiques.

Both of the items are good presents, but since the Kaleidoscope is a cooler present, I think you should pick from the top. They’re both gifts, so it doesn’t matter, but Jack Frost Dolls are easier to get from the Crane Game.

That’s all this guide has to offer about the Summer Festival in Persona 3 Reload! On the topic of gifts, we have a list of the best gifts for all characters in P3R.
