Although it is possible to have a number of hookups, casual relationships, or flings in Night City, especially within its notorious Red Light District, there are only four ‘true romance’ options in the game. True romance options are those that can actually lead to fully-fledged relationships, although they require a lot more time to cultivate and maintain. It’s almost like the real world! Judy Alvarez and River Ward overlap in their preference for a feminine body type and voice tone, while Panam Palmer and Kerry Eurodyne both like people with a masculine body type and voice tone.
