Eliminate Hamza Khan and Zivko Dragovic
Hamza Khan and Zivko Dragovic are both at the southwestern portion of the map. You can reach them by following the pathway at the cliffside where you just sniped the heck out of everyone chasing Taj Taheer.
Once you reach this area, pay attention to all the hostiles and their patrol patterns. One of the targets is outside, flanked by three bodyguards. He tends to walk around until he reaches the main building (where the other target is hiding).
What should happen is that the two would have a meeting outside the house. This would allow you to kill them simultaneously or via an explosion (two challenges in this level).
Unfortunately, I’m still uncertain about this particular trigger. Initially, I cleared out the soldiers and snipers that were off to the sides. I avoided shooting the enemies in the middle of the area since that’d cause the alarms to go off.
I also used fuse boxes to distract some of the soldiers. Speaking of which, I believe that the bodyguards do play a role when it comes to the trigger. They tend to patrol around the area, usually going close to the oasis. If you can distract and eliminate them one by one, the script for the two targets to have a meeting would occur.
