Sony have begun sending out invites to gamers who will be able to test the new feature in a private beta. Based upon the information below, you will need to connect your PS3 to your router with an ethernet cable and your internet connection will need to be at least 5mbps. It seems the beta is unavailable for PS4 at this time.

The invitation was sent to those who signed up for the PlayStation Now newsletter. Those who choose to accept the invitation must sign a non disclosure agreement so unless someone breaks their contract, it’s unlikely we will see any of the features pop up online.
If you want to be in with a chance of getting an invitation, you will need to sign up for the newsletter.
