The difficult part of this notice is you don’t talk to Sara himself. He’ll ultimately end up asking you not to bother him no matter when you talk to him. Instead, you have to talk to his family, specifically Tera and/or Jillian. Tera gives you the tip he sleepwalks at 2 AM on Sunday. If you sleep until 1 AM and venture to his house and room, you’ll watch him magically poof on a mask and walk out of the room, disappearing out the door.

You can’t track Sara using the map at this point. Instead, you’ll find him again standing in front of the restaurant. He doesn’t say anything if you talk to him. Instead, enter tea vision and talk to him to get Wonyan to input. Be quick about it, as if you linger too long, he disappears entirely.

Wonyan will correctly call out that there is a spirit possessing Sara, and the spirit will reveal their appearance and name, Ruko, without the usual reveal screen during the exchange. Most interestingly, Ruko is far more humanoid than every other spirit and isn’t lost at all.

Ruko discovery

Ruko explains to you and Wonyan that they’re using the mortal’s body to generate profit and leave some of it behind with him. They’ll agree to come to the bathhouse, but tell you and Wonyan to see them on the mountain for their goods as well. After the exchange is done, they walk off and the journal considers the encounter completed, and Ruko will be in your spirit collection.

That’s all for ‘Sleep Guidance Needed’ in Spirittea. It seems Sara will have to just keep sleepwalking, but at least you have another spirit for the bathhouse?
