Where to find tokens in Assassin’s Creed: Mirage

This is a John Wick reference.

A lot of mechanics that have helped shape the stealth and social gameplay have made their way back to Assassin’s Creed: Mirage. One element that is present in the game is the ability to get NPCs to offer aid to you in different situations. Prior, you could pay certain NPCs to distract guards or fight them. In Assassin’s Creed: Mirage, this is taken further by the use of tokens. Certain tokens can be given to certain NPCs. However, unlike the main currency, these tokens are a little more rare. To be able to act as an assassin, having a stockpile of them is important. This guide will show you where to find tokens in Assassin’s Creed: Mirage, so your missions can be easily done.

Assassin’s Creed: Mirage – Where to find tokens

You can come across these tokens or Khidmah Tokens in a few ways. The first method is by pickpocketing people. Since there are three different tokens for each of the three factions that assist you, it’ll be random on the ones you get.

You can also do contracts, which is a good way to farm for specific tokens. Contracts can be found in all Assassin Bureaus in Baghdad. If you look at the rewards, it’ll show you exactly which token you’ll get. On top of that, all contracts have bonuses. By completing the extra objectives, you can get even more tokens of a certain kind.

The different types of tokens explained

As mentioned, there are three different types of tokens you’ll need. Each is for specific NPCs. Below I’ll go over who they’re for. You can add this information to your plan for attack.

  • Scholar Tokens: You can use Scholar Tokens to buy Maps at the Cartographer vendors anywhere in the city. They can also be given to musicians who can distract guards from their posts.
  • Merchant Tokens: These tokens can be used at any Trader to give you a 10 percent discount on their wares. You can give these tokens to Merchant Groups that you can blend with and walk into any hostile area that’s marked red. Akin to the monks in the first Assassin’s Creed game.
  • Power Tokens: Whenever your notoriety is up, you can look for posters to bring down a section on your notoriety bar. However, if you speak to a Munadi, who will announce your crimes to the public, you completely remove all notoriety when you give him one token. Power Tokens can also be given to mercenaries who’ll attack guards on your command
