Fortnite Season 7 has finally kicked off and the long awaited alien invasion is well underway. The Season 7 theme is truly out of this world with players able to shoot down or hijack flying saucers, fight through opponents using new futuristic weapons, and more. As always, the new season has introduced a set of challenges to complete. One of the Fortnite Season 7 challenges requires you to accept a quest from a payphone. Once you know where to find a payphone location, you will have the Fortnite challenge completed in no time.
There are a total of 15 payphones dotted around the Fortnite Season 7 map. All you have to do is find one of them. The payphones are red in color, and you will notice these ringing as you approach them. To complete the Fortnite challenge, you must interact with the payphone and accept a Quest. You will then notice that there are four quests for you to choose from.
Find the payphone locations, answer the call
It is important to note that once you accept the Fortnite Quest, the payphone location challenge will be marked as complete. Therefore, you do not have to complete the Quest if you do not want to. However, since Fortnite Season 7 reset gold bars back to zero, it may be worth taking advantage of this opportunity to rack them up again. As there are so many payphones around the map, this could prove to be a great strategy to stockpile gold bars this season.
You will be awarded with a total of 30,000 XP for doing this Quest. This will allow you to get your new battle pass off to a promising start. It will be interesting to see if the payphones become a key part of the Season 7 narrative.
