Because Amnesia: Rebirth is a game that relies heavily on its atmosphere and narrative, I’ve avoided doing a full and detailed walkthrough. Instead, the guides you’ll see here will predominantly focus on the puzzles that need to be solved. Beginner’s guide and managing your fear – Survival is of the essence in Amnesia: Rebirth. Not only do you have to contend with nightmarish beings, but you also need to take note of fear (aka. sanity) as you explore and delve deeper into this dark descent.
The Fortress – The Fortress is the first major level in Amnesia: Rebirth. There are several puzzles here that you need to solve if you want to escape.
The Cistern – The Cistern is the next level you’ll wade into as Tasi. These sewers hide many dangers, including a puzzle involving wheels and hatches.
The Laboratory – The Laboratory is yet another location in the game. You’ll need to use the various contraptions at your disposal to make your way out.
The Portal Chamber – Things are about to get zanier once you reach the Portal Chamber area. Here, you’ll need to solve the pillar puzzle.
The Hunting Grounds – This level’s a doozy since you’ll find yourself in a maze, a bloody pool, and one helluva long trek just to return to the Portal Chamber.
The Theater and Vitae Lab – Eventually, you’ll find yourself in the Theater and Vitae Laboratory zones.
The Tower and the endings – You can finally conclude Tasi’s journey and there are several endings to discover.
