Let's hope your operator can learn how to swim.

We are just a week away from the launch of Call of Duty: Vanguard. As Warzone fans know, the upcoming title in the Call of Duty franchise will integrate with the battle royale. Already, players have learned that this means a new Caldera map will roll out, along with new weapons, operators, a RICOCHET anti-cheat, and more. Now, the developers have released some more details on what we can expect with the launch of the Warzone Pacific — such as early access and the new game modes.

When the Pacific map makes its debut, Verdansk as we know it will be no more. To celebrate our final days in Verdansk, there will be a limited-time, in-game event. Operation Flashback is going to bring back classic moments and memories from Verdansk — with many surprises. The event will begin on November 18 and you will earn an emblem for participating in the event and an animated calling card if you get the win. Then, on November 24 , you will be able to take part in yet another limited-time event. Developed by Beenox, you will have to uncover secrets of the new Warzone Pacific map, Caldera before the destruction of Warzone starts on November 30.

The launch of Warzone Pacific means new game modes

With the launch of the new Warzone map comes a new dedicated playlist. Here, you will only be able to use Vanguard weapons. Ultimately, this will allow you to experiment with the new guns, without going against players who already have loadouts from the previous titles. At the same time, there will be the standard battle royale mode and Plunder. There will be over 150 weapons at your disposal from Modern Warfare 2019, Black Ops Cold War, and Vanguard. If you are a fan of Rebirth Island, there is no need to worry. It’s not going anywhere. The smaller map will continue to accompany Warzone Pacific at launch.

Warzone Pacific and the new Caldera map will be officially arrive on December 3 for all Warzone players. However, if you own Call of Duty: Vanguard, you will gain early access to the new Warzone content on December 2.
