Web of Lies has you delving deeper to learn about the mercenary presence in the Exclusion Zone. You’ll understand what the NAR wants with the strange chernobylite material. Here’s our Chernobylite guide to help you with the Web of Lies investigation and clues.

Chernobylite — Web of Lies investigation and clues guide
Chernobylite‘s campaign is non-linear, which means you can receive missions that aren’t usually in order. Still, there are others that aren’t part of a specific quest, so you can acquire them while you’re free-roaming or doing a different objective.
Note: The clues are listed based on their appearance on the Web of Lies investigation board of Chernobylite.
Clue #1: Pripyat Central
Found in the northern section of the large building to the west of the tents. There’s a Shadow experimentation lab here and you’ll see a computer that you can interact with in one of the corners of the lab.
Clue #2: Pripyat Port (Hermit)
After your encounter with the Black Stalker, head to one of the higher floors of the hospital to find this clue.
Clue #3: Kopachi
The northwest section of the map has a bunker. Make your way down below to find a computer (you’ll need a lockpick to enter the room).
Clue #4: Kopachi (An Old Friend)
Later in this mission, you’ll meet Semonov (Igor’s mentor when he was a physicist). There’s a hole that leads to the basement where you’ll find a Shadow along with this note.
Clue #5: Kopachi (Big Fish)
Progress normally until you find the terminal that has this info.
Clue #6: Red Forest
Go to the western portion of the map to find a trainyard. Check the office to find a note.
After gathering the clues for Web of Lies, you can start the VR simulation. This will show you the involvement of the NAR, General Kozlov, and their plans for the chernobylite material.
Perhaps the biggest shock to Igor is the news that Tatyana was pregnant when she was abducted. Who knows what happened to her?
