The challenges for the third week of Destiny 2: Season of the Chosen are outlined below.

 

As usual, the top three challenges (the ones that provide War Table reputation) have progress that’s carried over from previous weeks. For this week’s Crash and Converge challenge, though, you’ll need to focus one tier 3 Umbral Engram. This focusing tier actually requires five Hammer of Proving charges. But, at the very least, you can get armor pieces that rolled high on a particular stat.

Seasonal Challenge (Weekly) Requirements Rewards
Contender’s Ascent III Complete the “Challenger’s Proving III” quest. Empress, War Table Reputation (medium)
Golden Reaper Acquire 300x Cabal Gold by completing strikes, public events, Gambit, and other activities. War Table Reputation (medium)
Crash and Converge Smash 15x Tribute Chests and focus 1x tier 3 Season of the Chosen engrams using charges from the Hammer of Proving. War Table Reputation (medium)
Captain’s Log Leave no stone unturned aboard the Glykon. You can refer to our Presage exotic mission guide for more info. XP
Failsafe Forward Earn progress by completing bounties, patrols, public events, and lost sectors on Nessus; complete 10 bounties on Nessus. XP, bright dust
Challenger’s Apogee Reach 1,300 power level. You can refer to our leveling guide for more info. XP, bright dust
Algorithmic Precision Progress by getting precision kills on Nessus. XP, bright dust
Primeval Entourage Defeat Taken in Gambit. XP, bright dust
Iron Sharpens Iron Complete Iron Banner matches; wins award more progress. XP, bright dust
Challenge Our Foes Complete 5x playlist strikes. XP, bright dust
