Magnificent Solstice armor set glow effects

Once you’ve obtained your Hunter’s Magnificent Solstice armor set, you can complete the following objectives to earn special glow effects. These tasks are the same for all Destiny 2 classes:

  • Helmet – Complete a Master Nightfall Ordeal.
  • Gloves – Complete a Nightmare Hunt.
  • Chest – Complete the Pit of Heresy dungeon.
  • Legs – Win seven matches in Trials of Osiris. You don’t need to go “flawless,” and you don’t even need to win all these games using the same card/passage. You just need to have seven wins in total while Destiny 2‘s Solstice of Heroes event is live.
  • Class item – Complete tier 5 of the Altars of Sorrow public event three times.

Keep in mind that a Magnificent Solstice armor piece and the corresponding glow effects are requirements for the Moments of Triumph and MMXX title/seal.
