Arataki Itto’s character ascension materials can be found all over Teyvat.

Here they are:

• Slime Condensate/Secretions – Dropped by Slime mobs.
• Prithiva Topaz – Regularly dropped by the Geo Hypostasis and Golden Wolflord; purchased from Souvenir Shop; higher-tier versions can be crafted by an alchemist NPC.
• Riftborn Regalia – Dropped by the Golden Wolflord.

Note: Arataki Itto’s character ascension will also increase his crit rate (up to +24.2% after ascending him past level 80).
