Genshin Impact: Windblume Festival – Festive Anecdotes Act III and the Realm of Fog and Wind

To start the “Realm of Fog and Wind” Festive Anecdote quest in Genshin Impact, simply go to Mondstadt’s alchemy bench. You’ll see Venti and Sucrose chime in about a particular alchemical formula.

This will lead you to Dragonspine’s base camp to talk to Albedo. The master alchemist will create a giant Windblume flower for the gang. Go back to Sucrose and she’ll be happy with it.

Now, the gang’s supposed to talk to Bennett, but he seems to be missing. Speak to Barbara and Rosaria in the cathedral, and you’ll then be led to the Thousand Winds Temple. After taking out the Ruin Hunter, check out the nearby cage to find both Bennett and Razor. You can interact with the nearby wall panel to release them both.

Head to Mondstadt’s tavern to end the day (you’ll see Diluc, Kaeya, and Rosaria here too). After leaving the tavern, you’ll complete the “Realm of Fog and Wind” quest.

The Sound of Discord

Another mini-quest that’s part of Act III of Genshin Impact‘s Festive Anecdotes is “The Sound of Discord.” Simply talk to the NPC named Vile (she’s near the Anemo Archon statue in front of the cathedral). She’ll tell you about an ornery treasure hoarder roaming around in the city. You’ll find this suspicious man in the alleyway in front of the tavern.

Next, travel to the marked location to eliminate the rest of the treasure hoarders. Return to Vile to complete this mini-quest.

Adventurers in Windblume

This one takes you to Dragonspine’s base camp to talk to Iris. She wants you to take photos of two locations in the region. Go to these marked locations and use Genshin Impact‘s default photo mode. Take pics (you don’t even need to save the images), and return to Iris.

Next, visit Cyrus in Mondstadt. He wants you to show the photos to a couple of NPCs near the Anemo Archon statue. Do just that, then speak to Cyrus and Iris again to finish the mini-quest.
