There are a lot of useful items in Lethal Company, which you can use in different ways. Most of these items will help you survive longer on these moons filled with dangerous monsters. The flashlight is one of the most useful items in the game, which needs to be acquired right from the beginning. In this guide, we will show you how to get a Flashlight in Lethal Company.

Almost everything in Lethal Company can be bought by using the Terminal. Like most other items, you can also buy a Flashlight by using computer commands in the Terminal. Follow the given steps to buy the Flashlight in Lethal Company.

  • Go near the Terminal Console.
  • Press E to access the console.
  • Type “Store” and press Enter.
  • Type Flashlight and press Enter again.
  • Lastly, type CONFIRM and press Enter to confirm your order.
  • If you want to buy multiple Flashlights together, type Flashlight x (number of flashlights) in the order screen.

The Flashlight will not spawn automatically after you finish this process. After confirming your order, a drop ship will land on the moon with everything that you have ordered. Open the drop ship and you will find the flashlight dropped in the ground. Keep in mind that if you order the item before landing on any moon, your package will only get delivered after you land on the moon successfully.

While exploring the facilities and looking for scraps, you will reach a lot of dark places where your vision is not very clear. These dark places are more prone to dangerous monsters, so heading to any area without any kind of vision might turn out to be a fatal decision for you as well. Taking a flashlight with you might be the best idea to survive more and collect scraps effectively in these facilities.

But keep in mind that Flashlights do not last for an infinite amount of time in Lethal Company. So, whenever you find some light inside these facilities, make sure to turn your Flashlight off to save up the battery. Pro Flashlights, however, last longer than normal Flashlights and also have brighter lights that can cover more distance. These items can be bought for 25 credits only, making it a better deal once you have met your profit quota.

Every battery-powered item in Lethal Company runs out of battery once you have used them for long enough. Afterward, they need to be recharged by visiting your ship. After coming back to your ship, you can find a wall mount charger coil on the wall. Go near the coil and press E to charge your battery.

If you want to avoid running out of battery while exploring the dark parts of the facility, make sure to check the remaining charge in your Flashlight before leaving the ship. The charge can be viewed on the top left corner of the screen above your health bar. The amount of remaining charge is shown on a yellow bar with a battery icon above it.
