If you check before March 7, 2024, you can get the Harran Pistol. If you’re checking after that date, I’m afraid it’s too late… but there are still plenty of guns to find in Dying Light 2.

Guns in Dying Light 2 are found just like weapons are found: complete quests and Survivor Missions. Though they are rare, you can also find them from looting enemies and containers.

One of the best places to farm really good weapons and possibly pick up a few guns is south of Newfound Lost Lands in Central Loop. Here, you’ll find tons of Military Supply Drops that offer great weapons and gear.

You’ll need to thoroughly search while underwater, but the good news is you won’t be attacked while doing this loot loop. The only enemy you need to fight is oxygen.

How you find guns in Dying Light 2 is fairly straightforward, but actually acquiring guns can take some time. Be patient and know that they aren’t as common as melee weapons. In the meantime, you can hunt for Inhibitor Containers.
