To find the Stone Mystery Puzzle in Marvel’s Midnight Suns, you’ll need to progress further not just in the campaign, but also the narrative arc tied to Abbey Grounds exploration. Past a certain point, you’ll gain access to the Garden of Envy, which is in the northwest portion of the map. The Stone Pyramid Mystery, meanwhile, is between that area and the Misty Moors (as shown on the map below).

Once you get there, you’ll see a wall with cracks. That only way to get through it is by acquiring Break, which is the fourth and final Word of Power. Cast break to destroy the wall, and you’ll spot the Stone Pyramid floating in front of you.

If you interact with the Marvel’s Midnight Suns Stone Pyramid Mystery, it will say that it was crafted by the sisters of the Coven, and it appears that you can’t do anything with it. But, if you cast Word of Power: Reveal, it will cause an epic chest to spawn, and you’ll also receive +10 Arcane Knowledge.

And that’s about it. The chest does drop various cosmetics, such as color palettes for your heroes. Like other chests in the Abbey Grounds, this may include the cosmetics for Deadpool, assuming you own the DLC, too. Lastly, don’t forget that some chests can be reopened after some time passes in-game, so keep doing those missions to advance time and see if you could receive additional loot.
