Diablo 4: Where to get the Melted Heart of Selig Unique

Although there are only a few Uber Uniques with rare drop rates, there’s still a chance to obtain them. There’s a very slim chance, but you could also get this Uber Unique from Tier 31 or above Nightmare Dungeons.

Duriel, King of Maggots the only endgame boss that will drop Uber Uniques upon defeat. The Melted Heart of Selig is one of them, and this Amulet is allowed for all classes. Before you even try chasing the Echo of Duriel down, you need to summon him first.

Since this is the only endgame boss who offers Uber Uniques, summoning him takes a lot of work. Here are the resources you’ll need:

While you can summon the Echo of Varshan using a Malignant Heart, Grigoire requires Living Steel. Once you defeat both these endgame bosses and collect two of each material needed, you can summon Duriel.

Make sure you’re on World Tier 4, then head over to the Gaping Crevasse Dungeon in Kehjistan. It’s just southeast of Gea Kul. Locate the summoning alter inside this Dungeon to hand over the materials and summon Duriel.

But what’s so special about the Melted Heart of Selig Uber Unique? Well, its effect is that you’ll gain 30% Maximum Resource, and whenever you take damage, you’ll drain [x] Resource for every 1% of Life you would’ve lost instead.

The 30% Maximum Resource increase is incredible, just as much as the second effect is. If you’d rather drain your Resource over Life, you should make use of this Uber Unique.
