Like most things in Remnant 2, the quest for the Ravenous Medallion is both confusing and obscure. You would be forgiven for not having the slightest clue how literally anything pieces together when it comes to the puzzles in this game. It can be frustrating at times, but with the help of this walkthrough, you can figure it out. The Ravenous Medallion has a number of uses, so it is up to you to decide exactly what you want to do with it.
What to do with the Ravenous Medallion in Remnant 2
If you haven’t already grabbed the Ravenous Medallion in Remnant 2, then you need to head down to the basement of the Great Hall in Losomn. Beside the fire, in the kitchen, you will find the Ravenous Medallion. You can easily locate the fire by the wailing voices of pained men. We will get to that later, though.

If you want to get your hands on the Neckbone Necklace, then follow this path. The Neckbone Necklace reduces status effects and increases damage output when suffering from them. It is a great item to have against those enemies that like to leave that lasting damage.
Once you have grabbed the Ravenous Medallion in Remnant 2, head behind the fireplace and down the corridor to the lift. At the top of the lift, you can make your way to the end of the corridor and open up the locked door. A huge, sad creature sits at a table of rotten food, dismally lamenting its spoiling. He implores you to help him finish the foul spread and not let it go to waste.
Tucking into it will start the Ravenous Medallion event in Remnant 2. As you eat, you become sick and must constantly eat either the rotting food on the table or the humans that drop into the room. You are expected to fight waves of enemies as you also manage your hunger levels. This is reminiscent of most of my family gatherings. After a few waves, you will be awarded the Neckbone Necklace in Remnant 2.
After defeating the enemies, make sure to use the two waiter lifts to the left and right of the lonely creature. They will drop you down into the cooking rooms, which contain one elite enemy each and some extra little goodies for your troubles.
Acquire the Decrepit Rune

You can take your Ravenous Medallion to the Nightweavers Web in the basement of the Asylum in Losomn. This will give you the Decrepit Rune, which can be traded with Nimue in the Great Hall. She will trade it for a Rune Pistol.
The Rune Pistol fires three rounds as a semi-automatic weapon. Holding the trigger continually fires. The Soul Brand mod it comes with leaves behind an echo of anything killed, which is drawn to survivors to heal them for 20% of their max health. What you decide to pick up from the Ravenous Medallion in Remnant 2 is up to you.
